Purpose of the role:
You'll be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organisation's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database. This includes data management, ensuring accuracy and data integrity, troubleshooting issues, and implementing database enhancements, collaborating with various departments to optimise data utilisation for sales and marketing teams and facilitating functional alignment with connected platforms.
What you will be doing:
Development
* Make configuration changes to MMR and family instances of the CRM instances (Ideal Insight and HRW) on request
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of new CRM initiatives with business goals.
* Communicate in a timely manager to manage stakeholder expectations regarding any CRM initiatives
* Implement CRM business processes for automations
* Proactively monitor and fix API integrations with HubSpot
* Work collaboratively with Cost Tool, Product Hub and Monday.com com product owners to ensure any config or data changes in the CRM are reflected across all platforms
* Work with external dev for system enhancements
* Initiate and project manage CRM upgrades across all CRM instances
* Weekly catch ups with CRM Consultant to troubleshoot issues and process
enhancement
Documentation
* Develop and maintain documentation on best practices, standard operating procedures, and system guidelines.
Data quality
* Schedule regular audits for data accuracy and duplicate management within CRM to maintain data hygiene.
Training
* Delivering effective training to users on CRM system
* Maintain all CRM training material on learning and development platform/SharePoint
Reporting
* Monitor KPIs related to CRM initiatives and report on the effectiveness (eg CSQ process)
* Create sales and contact reports for the commercial team on request
* Set up/update business unit dashboards for KPI reporting
* Working with the external dev team to ensure all Global Client Partner and their targeted account dashboards are updated before new Financial Year
* Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and their functionalities.
* Skills in data analysis, data hygiene practices, and duplicate management.
* Experience with automation processes within CRM systems to enhance efficiency.
* Ability to plan, execute, and oversee CRM upgrades and initiatives using tools like Trello or Monday
* Strong interpersonal skills to manage expectations and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports for decision-making.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including product owners and external developers.
