MNTN is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead their Audience Targeting Team, focusing on innovative solutions for Connected TV advertising.

Responsibilities

Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers, Data Engineers, Rust Engineers, and JVM Engineers.
Work closely with leadership to identify, prioritize, and build high impact features.
Own the processes on your team, ensuring rapid and high-quality delivery of solutions.
Ensure smooth coordination of customer-facing changes across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Regularly communicate with senior leadership to align on priorities and technical directions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Master's degree preferred
