Minimum 6+ years of People Business Partner or People Operations experience
Passion for understanding business goals and improving team processes
Experience in fast-paced technology companies
Creative problem-solving skills
High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills
Experience in all aspects of HR
Organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently
Start-up and public company experience
Expertise in team member engagement, compensation practices, performance management, and employment laws
Track record in handling multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Experience in data analysis and decision-making

Responsibilities

Improve workflows and HR processes such as LOA management, On/Offboarding, and compliance documentation
Administer team member benefits
Partner with teams on talent retention, career development, compensation practices, and culture agendas
Participate in strategic and operational planning
Interface effectively with professionals at all levels
Maintain confidentiality and use outstanding judgment daily
