As the Product Developer (Merchandise) you play a critical role in extending the Poppy Playtime brand and favorite characters like Huggy Wuggy and the Smiling Critters into new areas, and working with best-in-class licensees to bring great products and experiences to life for our fans around the world.Mob Entertainment is looking for a talented Animator who specializes in Creature Animation and gameplay. This will help team in the creation of visually stunning animations that both closely capture the "look" and artistic style of the project, as well as efficiently satisfy all technical engine and design requirements.What you will do:• Creature animation with our new characters in our chapter 4 release of Poppy Playtime• Work on gameplay animation as well as Cinematics for marketing when needed.• Help with animation-related technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.• Work and communicate with the animation team and the project team.• Help with the team's output and delivery through regular reviews and feedback.• Play a key role in creating pipelines and workflows with an advanced understanding of the scope and limitations of the project and create solutions adapted to those constraints.Requirements:• 3 + years of Creature Animation is a must.• Quality at all stages of the process – Creation of animation that is well presented and defined.• Visual storytelling and the ability to create compelling gameplay and narrative moments• 3 + years of experience in animation for video games• Strong Rigging skills and the ability to train the team to become better in this area.• Technical skill – Fluency in Unreal, Maya and other tools.
