Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineering Lead to leverage their expertise to enhance our market leading iOS & Android SDKs, used currently by tons of Mobile Gamers globally.

You'll play a player coach role with our existing Mobile Engineering Team, exercising hands on technical leadership to ensure that we continue to maintain and evolve our SDK used by some of the largest developers in the mobile gaming industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead all Mobile Engineering architecture design and implementation across both iOS and Android SDKs.
• Scope out features and collaborate closely with Product, Design & key stakeholders to ensure constant iterations and/or technical migrations when needed.
• Lead a small but mighty team of Mobile Engineers.
• Experiment with new technologies to make our SDK more reliable and performant.
• Maintain and enhance the testing automation framework and CI.
• Help application developers triage issues and bugs.
• Help build and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture.

Your Profile

• 8+ years experience with Mobile Engineering Technologies (iOS/Android) + ideally 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• Mobile SDK development experience strongly preferred
• Experienced at executing technical architecture on Mobile Apps or SDKs utilized by Millions of MAUs.
• A team oriented personality, bias to action, excellent communication skills.
• Previous startup experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
• Cross platform development platforms a plus (Unity/React Native)

Technology

• We use a variety of open source languages and frameworks - Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, iOS, Android, Unity, React Native
• We are also reliant on AWS, MySQL, Redis, Redshift, Kibana, Kinesis, RabbitMQ, Terraform, and Capistrano.
