Merchandising Assistant

Moda Operandi, an e-commerce platform, is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support the Fine Jewelry team. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

Bachelor's degree in fashion or merchandising
Detail-oriented and organized
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel and Photoshop

Responsibilities

Support the Fine Jewelry team in various business channels
Manage trunkshow launch process and calendar
Own purchase order management
Analyze vendor and department performance
Assist in vendor onboarding process and setup
Support with product setup and asset management
Assist with sample requests and product pricing
Work on launch checklist and calendar management
Manage team documents and sheets

Education

Bachelor's degree in fashion or merchandising
