The goal is to make this web version of the software more user-friendly and intuitive for clients and the internal accounting team (but not to the degree that a totally, public-facing website requires).
Improvements are needed in the UX design of the pages, formatting and display of data and data grids, features on the pages, application workflow, etc.
Responsibilities :
- meeting with IT and business users to understand overall application functionality and issues - analyzing application page layouts, features, data displays, workflows, etc.
to identify UX design improvements - creating wire frames/mockups, and application workflows diagrams to reflect UX designs - collaborate with application development team on UX design requirements - conduct validation/usability testing to ensure requirements have been implemented successfully Skills/Experience needed :

years of UX Design experience with web-based, business applications - Experience creating wireframes/mockups and application workflow diagrams - Excellent oral and written English communication skills - Experience with accounting-related applications is a plus (If capable and interested, the UX Designer could also be selected to perform the UI Development portion of this project.
