Whether you want to lead more, innovate more, learn more or create more, you can find your more with Mohawk.What we need:Mohawk is looking for a 3D & Interactive Design Specialist who can do more with Mohawk.The 3D & Interactive Design specialist will be responsible for creating 3D and own the 3D and interactive assets process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is experienced in all areas of 3D design – modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering and post-production.What you’ll do:• Generate extremely photoreal CG interior environments, VR environments, inspirational imagery, and quick sketches• Create and manage all renderings from start to finish• Work with designers to blend room scenes, send/renders room scenes.• Work with strategic account managers to generate 3D animations for RFP.• Mockup 3D tradeshow booths in partnership with VP of design.• Create textures for simulating carpets.• Conceptualize and manipulate new and existing pictures and room scenes.• Create 3D room scenes primarily with design directors.• Create initial patterns/images for 3D renders and modify existing images.• Coordinate with vendors to render finished product.What you have:• Must have a degree in architecture, interior or related design field.• 5+ years of experience in architectural/interior 3D renderings.• Experience in post-production touchups (still images and animations).• Proficient in scripting language for unreal engine (Blueprints).• Expert level skills in 3D Max, V-Ray/Corona renderer & Adobe Photoshop (V-Ray preferred).• Professional experience creating interior environments using game engines (preferably Unreal engine).• What you’re good at:• Knowledge of Substance Designer for creating textures from base images or from scratch.• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD to clean up and modify drawings (Experience with Revit would be preferred).• Strong communication skills are a must, along with the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment and deliver results on time.• A keen eye for detail and consistency, and willingness to craft the look of work to a high level.• Must be able to pass a colorblind test.• Knowledge of other Adobe products is a plus.#LI-LH1Mohawk Industries is a leading global flooring manufacturer that creates products to enhance residential and commercial spaces around the world.
