In this role, the Director of Product Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall product marketing strategy for our hard surface flooring product lines. This will include conducting competitive market analysis, customer segmentation, developing product line rationale, and creating channel strategies.What you’ll do:• Develop and execute the overall product marketing strategy for Mohawk's hard surface flooring product lines.• Conduct competitive market analysis to identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.• Identify customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase market share.• Work closely with the product development team to develop product line rationale that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.• Create channel strategies that maximize sales and profitability, including both direct and indirect sales channels.• Collaborate across marketing, sales and product teams to ensure consistent execution of marketing initiatives.• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales tools and training programs that drive revenue growth.• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust marketing strategies as needed to meet business objectives.What you have:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product marketing.• Flooring industry experience is preferrred.• Channel experience with large retailers in the home space.• Product line strategy – building product line strategies that go to market with multiple channels.• Managing portfolio of product line.• Strong understanding of competitive market analysis, customer segmentation, product line rationale, and channel strategies.• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective product marketing strategies.• What else?• This is a hybrid role located in Calhoun, GA. 3 days on site.• No direct reports – we are flat organization that works in cross functional teams based on initiates. Will be the lead on strategic initiatives.
