Are you a passionate social media native who can build profiles and give them an outsized voice? Are you a talented storyteller who is keen to build a category defining brand in the sexual wellbeing space? And do you pride yourself on your ability to execute and get shit done in pressurized environments? You’re reading the right job description.

We are looking for a type of person rather than a specific skillset. Our perfect fit will be creative with a deep interest in brand building. They will be curious about the world around them and easily find ways to link our brand world to current events and trends. We want someone who is inspired to work in tech for good and is jumping out of bed in the morning because the idea of using their skills to put our message in front of millions of potential customers, in over 150 countries, gets them going. 


Before we talk about our product and mission, let’s be clear that although we’re tackling men’s sexual problems right now, you don’t need to be a guy to apply. We want to hear from candidates of all genders. We believe that if we solve these problems, everyone will benefit.

You’ll work closely with the founders, report to our Performance Marketing Lead and take on building our organic social presence and influencer community . 

We are an app-first experience, you’ll be shaping the brand and building a community of men who want to change the way the world thinks about sex and masculinity. Your work will be crucial in cementing Mojo as the category leader in this space.

As we are an early-stage start-up, there is room for you to have a huge impact on the future of the company and a large amount of autonomy to shape your role and get stuck in. You should be comfortable adapting your role and responsibilities as the company grows. We expect this might consist of:

  • Own the execution of Mojo’s organic social strategy
  • Do the copywriting for posts and captions across Instagram and TikTok
  • Take charge of writing briefs & liaising with graphic designers. 
  • Run the inboxes for our social accounts responding to DMs and comments 
  • Grow our following by engaging with accounts in our community
  • Run the social media monthly plan and scheduling
  • Do the weekly organic social reporting for the business
  • Build and launch Mojo’s influencer program 
  • Start to source influencers and build a scalable influencer acquisition funnel 
  • Build influencer onboarding packs and negotiate with them to post on their channels 
  • Build and maintain good relationships with our influencers/ambassadors
  • Work with our Performance Marketing Lead to surface good influencer content for performance ads

We are building a team of people that have real ownership over the business. To be successful here, you should be willing to roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty on anything that will help the business be more successful. 

You are:

  • A social media native who has their own active account
  • An excellent storyteller and good copywriter
  • A confident and outgoing communicator who can win people over
  • Organised and able to work to tight deadlines 
  • Comfortable making mistakes and learning from them
  • A problem solver who is happy to try stuff out and learn as a first port of call
  • Compassion, empathy, understanding, or interest in mental health
  • Ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends
  • Comfortable making use of new software to solve problems

  • $60-65k salary, with chunky seed round equity package
