Moloco is a fast-growing machine learning company seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage US payroll operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Skills

Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
Understanding of Federal, State, and Local payroll regulations
Strong Excel skills
Experience with Workday

Responsibilities

Process bi-weekly payrolls for US employees using ADP Workforce Now
Manage the full payroll cycle including data input, processing, auditing and reporting
Verify and input time and attendance data from Workday HRIS into ADP WFN
Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly
Assist with year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and distribution

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
