Fourteen Week Growth Journey: • Starting with a baseline assessment and initial in-class training. • 14 Week gamified new hire journey • $10,000 over first 14 weeks in bonus $ plus comm and base pay • Two weeks of Paid Development training at regional office • Our Journey places people into career path of their choice including • Sales Leadership • Senior Sales Consultant (Individual producer track) • Talent Development & Acquisition (Training & TA dept) Required Skills and Experience: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients • Must be trainable and coachable • Must have a drive to succeed • Willing to work nights and weekends • Be willing to complete pre-employment assessments • Sales experience preferred, but will consider those with high aptitude Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend appointments with homeowners and educate them on the benefits of solar energy • Answer questions and concerns homeowners may have about solar power • Lead homeowners through the sales or appointment process, building trust and closing • Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking • Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and sales techniques Benefits: • Industry leading training and development • Unlimited commission potential with no cap • W2 position with benefits (health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k) • Paid training • Working for the top-rated residential solar company • Top reps earning +250k annually Momentum Solar is one of the leading residential solar contractors in the United States.
