As our first Growth Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy and driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization efforts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and execute experiments aimed at accelerating our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives, experiments, and optimizations across our web and mobile platforms.
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify key growth levers, opportunities, and areas for improvement, leveraging user behavior data, A/B testing, and other relevant metrics.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives, and iterate based on insights and learnings.
Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of growth experiments, including but not limited to onboarding flows, referral programs, pricing strategies, and feature optimizations.
Work closely with acquisition team to align growth initiatives with acquisition channels and campaigns.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth hacking and user acquisition, and incorporate them into our growth strategy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience driving growth metrics (e.g., conversion, CAC, LTV)
5+ years of experience in product management, growth hacking, or related roles, preferably in consumer-facing tech companies.
Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through data-driven experimentation and optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to derive insights and inform decision-making.
Experience with A/B testing frameworks and methodologies, and a deep understanding of user behavior and conversion funnel optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
