As we build on our success and continue to scale our growth and marketing efforts, the Content & Comms team is looking for a Senior Content & Comms Executive to join this exciting journey with us. This role will focus on the development of content and campaigns across a range of formats, including customer communications (email and in-app), blog articles, web landing pages and videos. You will produce content primarily to support and engage Moneybox customers saving for their first home.
What You’ll Do- Reporting to the Senior Content & Comms Manager, and working closely with cross-functional teams, this role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Producing best-in-class content that is both engaging and educational, across a range of formats, including blog articles, video scripts, in-app campaigns, customer emails and more.
- Making complex topics easy to understand for our customers.
- Researching best-practice and topical content themes to contribute towards new initiatives that elevate our content offering.
- Working collaboratively and proactively to execute a range of content and communications projects that align with business strategy and goals.
- Operating mostly independently on tasks/smaller projects, with manager's help to structure work and drive maximum impact.
- Analysing existing content to build on successful initiatives, as well as address gaps to meet both business and customer needs.
- Building strong internal stakeholder relationships with cross-functional teams, notably Product, CRM and Compliance.
- Briefing internal and external designers and creators to develop high-quality creative assets for campaigns.
- Acting as a guardian for the Moneybox brand, ensuring tone, personality and style is consistent with our brand guidelines.

Experience and Skills- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a content role (financial services preferred).
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience producing content for a variety of channels. Portfolio recommended but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to recommend specific content solutions to customer pain points and needs.
- Ability to understand data and use it effectively in the content production process.
