Product & Design Program Manager

You’ll work closely with design, product, and executive leadership to ensure that every project — from consumer features to institutional tools — moves forward with clarity, alignment, and urgency.

Responsibilities

Execution & Organization

• Create and maintain tasks, tickets, and action items across Notion, Jira, and other platforms

• Document product and design working sessions with clear summaries and next steps

• Drive day-to-day execution of projects by keeping everyone focused and aligned

Project & Program Management

• Maintain an organized, living roadmap and timeline for product and design deliverables

• Flag blockers and risks early, offering solutions and alternatives

• Ensure that team members are accountable to their commitments and deadlines

Design Team Coordination

• Track and communicate the daily progress of the design team

• Act as a liaison between design and leadership to surface needs, updates, and asks

• Review in-progress work for alignment with documentation and broader goals

Documentation & Consistency

• Maintain detailed, up-to-date documentation across product specs, personas, and user flows

• Ensure consistency and clarity across all product and design-related documentation

• Help refine and source content when needed to keep things clean and aligned

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in product operations, program/project management, or design ops

• Strong familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, Google Docs, and Slack

• Experience supporting cross-functional product/design teams in fast-paced environments

• Exceptional written communication and documentation skills

• A track record of driving execution, creating accountability, and delivering on deadlines
