Moog Corporate Group includes areas such as Contracts, Law and Compliance, Environmental Health and Safety, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, and several others.The common thread across these areas is that they aim to drive and support the success of our global organization.Our corporate functions are primarily located at our headquarters in East Aurora, NY, but day-to-day they work closely with colleagues around the world.Treasury –Senior AnalystIn this role, you will perform operational treasury tasks and responsibilities principally associated with Treasury.You will also be asked to support Treasury and Cash Management Departments on special projects and to provide essential back up to both departments.Here's what you will be responsible for on a day-to-day basis:• Moog Stock/Share Administration – Manage electronic filings of SEC Section 16 compliance reports for Director/Officer share transactions.Maintain all SEC codes and passwords for Moog Officers and Outside Directors.Provide inquiry research and notification of SEC filings to Investor Relations Dept.E nsure SECT, ESPP & STI activity are handled accurately and timely.Reconcile outstanding shares activity monthly and as required.Facilitate share transactions involving Treasury Stock.Coordinate with shareholders, Transfer Agent, and brokers to facilitate share transactions properly.• Equipment Lease Program Administration – Manage day-to-day activities associated with global equipment leasing portfolio. Assign capital to Lessor from bank group and maintain proper business allocations. Monitor status of equipment being leased, i.e., down payments, assignment of purchase orders to leasing companies, delivery and acceptance, and review final lease documents for completeness and accuracy. Maintain inventory of leased equipment. Monitor and recommend lease buy-outs and ensure proper notifications and documentation are provided related to buy-out and return of equipment.• Financial Analysis – Provide financial analysis and project management recommendations to the Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer including modeling of leasing activities, treasury stock transactions, share independence model, interest expense forecasting, capital structure alternatives and creating proforma financial statements, foreign dividend EPS projections, capital financing net present value analysis and debt structure financial projections.• Capital Structure Management - Optimize working capital by minimizing idle cash balances across the company through efficient liquidity structuring and management. Responsible for weekly Global Cash Reporting and Treasury Cashflow Dashboard.• Cash Flow forecasting – Working with the Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer and sector leaders, improve the data collection process and the overall accuracy of the quarterly forecast. This function encompasses all Moog companies worldwide. In conjunction with this project, Cash Analytics will be gathered to gain insight and understanding into actual bank statement cashflows and their impact on the forecast.• Perform monthly bank account and associated general ledger account reconciliations for month end closing process.• The incumbent will be well-versed and trained to provide essential back up to the key Cash Management / Treasury Departments in critical operational areas to provide consistent coverage for vital daily responsibilities.• Provide administrative support as required to various Moog departments (AP, AR, Payroll, Audit, Legal, etc.) as needed.To be considered for this role, here's what you will need to bring with you:• Typically, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or other relevant field and two years relevant experience or Associates degree in Business or other relevant field and 6years relevant experience.• General accounting, finance, or business knowledge with some experience relative to Treasury areas• Advanced Excel and analytical skills.• Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to clearly convey information and interact with internal and external customers on complex matters.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to work with limited direction in completing work efficiently. Meets due dates and crucial deadlines• Aptitude to identify complex problems, compare data to draw conclusions and act based on facts and well-defined procedures.• Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals; is proactive.• Sets high standards of performance for self; assumes responsibility for completing tasks. Actual salaries will vary depending on many factors such as skills, experience, certifications and performance. The rate listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
