Business Development Executive

Position Overview

This position plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with influential figures, thought leaders, and industry experts within the investment and financial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, and influential individuals in the investment, finance, and technology sectors.
• Develop and implement strategies to leverage the expertise and influence of key opinion leaders to promote Moomoo's products, services, and brand.
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to create engaging content, such as webinars, podcasts, articles, or videos, that provide valuable insights and education to Moomoo's user community.
• Organize and facilitate events, seminars, or panel discussions featuring key opinion leaders, fostering knowledge sharing and industry discussions.
• Represent Moomoo at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions, establishing connections with potential key opinion leaders and building brand awareness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to identify relevant key opinion leaders and opportunities for collaboration.
• Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, ensuring continuous engagement and mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align key opinion leader strategies with Moomoo's overall business objectives.
• Provide regular reports and analysis on the impact and effectiveness of key opinion leader partnerships and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a relevant field, preferably with experience in the financial services, investment, or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with key opinion leaders, industry experts, or influential individuals.
• Excellent networking, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and credibility with key opinion leaders.
• Strong understanding of the investment, finance, and technology industries, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Language proficiency in English and Malay, with proficiency in Chinese preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Independent and able to contribute as a team player.
• Ability to lead a large team and delegate tasks effectively, meticulous attention to detail, expert time management skills, and self-motivation.
