Litigation Assistant - job 2 of 3

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Litigation Assistant to support a lead attorney and litigation paralegal in their fight for consumer rights. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal environment.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties including scheduling and organizing case files.
  • Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents.
  • Research legal regulations and prepare reports.
  • Manage client billing and resolve issues.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies, Bachelor’s Degree, or Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
