Responsibilities

Accepting inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
Gathering client medical treatment documentation.
Monitoring and confirming client treatment.
Communicating with medical providers.
Entering information in the applicable system/software with accuracy.
Composing emails and correspondence to providers and legal staff.

Education

High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
