Presuit Secretary (Entry Level)

Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm seeking a qualified Pre-Suit Secretary to manage day-to-day operations and support the legal team. Ideal candidates should have a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Skills

Knowledge of administrative procedures
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

Assist case managers and attorneys with organizing and maintaining client files
Collect requests for medical records and accident reports
Copy documents and prepare mail for documents
Perform general office duties such as typing and sorting mail
Create and update client folders
Prepare and send letters and contracts

Education

Associate degree, certificate, or equivalent work experience preferred
