Morgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support their attorneys in the fight for consumer rights.

Skills

Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of litigation documentation
Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

Prepare legal documents including pleadings and motions
E-file all court documents in state and federal court
Conduct legal research and factual investigation
Prepare trial binders and exhibits
Communicate with clients, court, counsel, and others

Education

Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Completion of a nationally accredited paralegal program (preferred)
