Our commitment to get it right every time, everywhere, makes us the trusted partner of businesses and organizations worldwide.Overview:HireRight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master & Agile Coach to join our team reporting into our Agile COE. This role will be responsible for serving as both a Scrum Master and Agile Coach for multiple Agile Delivery Teams comprised of Software Engineers, QA Test Engineers, Product Owner and Product Manager. This role will lead all Scrum ceremonies and create all required artifacts to ensure that teams follow Agile practices and scrum framework values, work to increase team efficiency, and provide motivation and guidance for process improvement. In addition, guiding and mentoring teams and individuals in adopting and implementing our Agile Model. This role requires expertise in Agile principles, practices, and frameworks and will be instrumental in driving the teams Agile transformation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing team performance.Responsibilities:• * Work with on-site and remote Agile Delivery Teams serving as Scrum Master and Agile Coach• Facilitate the delivery of products using Agile principles and methodologies• Work with Product Aligned Teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and focused on delivering value• Create all necessary Scrum artifacts• Helping track features and capabilities throughout development• Assist with the coordination of Quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning across their team• Help teams with feature and story estimation and the aggregation of estimates for larger pieces of work like by planning and ensuring the vision, roadmap, and program backlogs are ready• Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum team to follow agile values, principles, and practices• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing• Facilitate retrospective sessions• Work closely with the Product Managers to ensure that the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is clear and understood by the team• Provide expert coaching and guidance to teams and individuals on Agile principles, values, and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.• Design and deliver customized Agile training programs to address specific needs and challenges within the organization• Coach and t rain Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Development Team in alignment with Agile COE on our Practical Agile Model• Work with Teams to Identify and address impediments that hinder Agile adoption and help teams overcome challenges by implementing appropriate Agile practices and techniques.• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encourage experimentation, and facilitate a learning environment within the organization• Work with Product Aligned Teams on Metrics creation and analysis to steer coaching needs based on how the delivery system is performing• Assess the current Agile maturity level of teams and organizations and develop a roadmap for improvement as we roll out our Practical Agile Model across the organizationQualifications:• * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience• 5+ years experience leading Agile teams as Scrum Master or Product Owner roles• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach, or similar role in a fast-paced, Agile environment• Deep understanding of Agile principles, values, and methodologies, with expertise in Scrum and Kanban• Proven experience in driving Agile adoption and transformation within teams and organizations• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to guide individuals and teams through challenging situations and foster collaboration• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and inspire others towards Agile practices and mindsets
