A philosophy that balances personal lifestyles, perspectives and needs is an important part of our culture.Position Summary:The Wealth Management Marketing team is seeking an experienced Marketing Associate to join the Bank Marketing team responsible for designing, building and implementing integrated marketing tactics to drive engagement with our suite of Banking & Lending products. This individual should have demonstrated skills, knowledge, and experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, building and delivering strategic presentations, and utilizing campaign analytics to drive strategic optimizations.Responsibilities:• In partnership with the U.S. Banks product teams, Marketing Operations, and Digital Platforms teams, deliver on marketing plans to drive Bank product growth & deepen relationships with existing clients• Provide project management & planning support to the team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time & within scope• Partner with Analytics & Data teams to identify proper target audiences• Manage partner relationships, fostering a collaborative and agile working environment• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance partners and external partners to facilitate the timely review, negotiation, and approval of materials• Support Team is requesting & managing marketing results reporting to advise product partners, senior management updates, and guide future strategies• B.A. or B.S. with a concentration in Marketing, Communications or English a plus• A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services industry• Experience with executing multi-channel campaigns, inclusive of email, digital banners, landing pages, organic & paid media, and print materials• Understanding of marketing success metrics & ability to translate data into insights• Ability to collaborate and develop creative solutions in highly matrixed organization• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on project planning & delivery• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required• Working knowledge of Adobe Analytics dashboard reporting, Tableau, and Salesforce a plusMorgan Stanley's goal is to build and maintain a workforce that is diverse in experience and background but uniform in reflecting our standards of integrity and excellence. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
