The individual will collaborate with and be a trusted advisor to the Corporate Services real estate team. Project work includes supporting the integration of new technology initiatives and drivingenhanced/improved models.What You Will Do In The Role• Analyze the global corporate real estate portfolio expense and present recommendations to leadership to improve financials and highlight savings opportunities.• Support strategic decision making by providing in-depth financial analysis on complex real estate transactions including sale/leaseback, dispositions, consolidations, acquisitions, renewals, and subleases.• Manage multi-year financial plans for Morgan Stanley's real estate portfolio by partnering with Corporate Services to include updated strategic and operating plans.What you will bring to the role:> Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or related business field> At least 3-8 years relevant experience would be generally expected to find the skill level for this role.> Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills, ability to drill through to root cause of issues.> Expert level knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel> Excellent presentation skills with the ability to easily synthesize data for reporting to senior management.> Strong interpersonal collaboration and team skills including working with cross-functional teams - proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $80,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
