Creating design and solutions to implement the required functionality in the system. Preparing Architectural Decision Records and present it in architectural review meeting to get approvals for the proposed solution. Convert business requirements into technical stories. Plan projects, prioritize enhancements, and estimate development time. Develop code based on business requirement. Review and approve code developed by team. Promote the developed functionalities to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production environments and resolve any bugs raised.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $178500 and $200000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.QUALIFICATIONSRequirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related occupation plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Vice President, Manager, Associate, or a related occupation.
