Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Officer to join the ParkerTeam at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. As a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating and closing mortgage loans efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in the mortgage industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Origination: Originate mortgage loans by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.

2. Lead Management: Utilize the provided A++ leads and CRM system to manage and convert leads into mortgage loan applications. Maintain a 35% lead to application ratio

3. Realtor Marketing: Collaborate with the First Class Realtor Marketing Team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain real estate agents as referral partners.

4. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their mortgage needs and provide appropriate loan options.

5. Loan Closing: Work closely with the centralized loan officer assistants and top-level processing and closing support teams to ensure smooth and timely loan closings.

7. Compliance: Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations and guidelines throughout the mortgage loan process.

8. Efficiency: Utilize the streamlined processes and resources available to close loans in as little as 7 days.

9. Licensing: Maintain a valid and up-to-date mortgage loan officer license in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Alabama, Florida, and Colorado.

Requirements:

1. Work Ethic: Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work long days, potentially on weekends, to meet clients' needs and to work events on off hours.

2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer, with a proven track record of successfully closing loans.

3. Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex mortgage concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

4. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partners.

5. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and complete loan applications and documentation.

6. Ethical Conduct: Maintain the highest level of ethical conduct and confidentiality in all loan-related activities.

7. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using mortgage loan origination software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.

8. Licensing: Fully licensed as a mortgage loan officer in California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Alabama, Florida, and Colorado.
