Are you looking for FTE role? 100% remote.As a Senior Azure Engineer, you will be pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing Azure cloud solutions that align with our client’s business objectives. You will lead complex projects, provide technical expertise, and ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of the Azure environment. This role demands a strong background in cloud architecture and a deep understanding of Azure services and best practices.Key Responsibilities:• Cloud Architecture: Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure solutions tailored to the client’s requirements.• Deployment & Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and management of Azure resources, including virtual machines, storage accounts, and networking components.• Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize Azure infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security. Implement best practices to enhance system reliability.• Automation: Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps Pipelines to automate deployment processes.• Security & Compliance: Ensure Azure environments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. Implement and manage security controls, identity management, and access policies.• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to integrate Azure solutions with existing systems and applications. Provide technical guidance and support across teams.• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Azure infrastructure and services. Implement proactive measures to prevent recurrence.• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, configurations, and procedures. Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.• Innovation: Stay current with Azure updates and emerging technologies. Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance the cloud environment.Qualifications:• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cloud engineering, with at least 3-5 years focused on Microsoft Azure.• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications are highly desirable.• Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Azure services (e.g., Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions), cloud architecture, networking, and security. Experience with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues efficiently.• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
