Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a CRM Analyst to join their team in San Diego, CA!• *This is a 10-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**As the CRM Analyst, you will set up new measurement mechanisms for emerging channels (SMS, Push, In-Product Notifications) and conduct analysis on complex lifecycle programs across channels.Responsibilities:• Measure impact of mobile channels - Push and SMS in particular - building measurement and attribution mechanisms in line with industry best practices• Dive into complex data sets to analyze trends, identify opportunities and quantify the potential value of new initiatives & channels• Carry out channel level and campaign level analysis, supporting CRM marketers in result and test share outs by drafting key insights and recommendations• Conduct user acceptance testing and align on overall output) to enhance In-Product Notifications, SMS and Push programs, closely partnering with Product teamsDesired Skills:• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience• Prior CRM Analysis experience• Experience in Data Analysis & Set up measurement• Mobile Channell measurement experience• Experience with Email or Database MarketingMotion Recruitment Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
