Our client is seeking a Portfolio Reporting Analyst with IT Transformation Consulting Firm experience for a long-term contract opportunity based in Irving, TX.• **This specific role does not allow for C2C consultants. W2 only***• **Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship***The Portfolio Reporting Analyst will work as part of the Cybersecurity Portfolio Management team in coordinating, overseeing, and reporting on American’s cybersecurity initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite / 2 days remote.This is NOT a Security Analyst or Data Analyst role. Candidates will only be considered with the minimum following Key Skills:• Strong Ad Hoc reporting• Cybersecurity metric PM or Portfolio experience• Strong Power Point presentation capabilities.This individual will assist in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of cybersecurity efforts, ensuring compliance with work management best practices, and providing analysis on the overall cybersecurity program.What you'll do:• Work as part of the Cybersecurity Portfolio Management team in coordinating, overseeing, and reporting on the Client’s cybersecurity initiatives.• Assist in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of cybersecurity efforts, ensuring compliance with work management best practices, and providing analysis on the overall cybersecurity program.• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, cybersecurity product teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives and their visibility to leadership.• Work with Project Leads and Product Owners to provide guidance on Agile work management requirements to facilitate automated status reporting.• Working with a variety of stakeholders to prepare PowerPoint presentations for quarterly and reviews with executive leadership.• Work with a variety of stakeholders to prepare PowerPoint presentations for quarterly and ad hoc reviews with executive leadership.• Work with the metrics team and metrics owners to collect, validate, and report on cybersecurity metrics.• Work with Project Leads and Product Owners to provide guidance on Agile work management requirements to facilitate automated status reporting.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, information technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/training.• 3 years of experience in a portfolio or project management role within a cybersecurity organization.• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and capabilities.• Capable of providing a structured and strategic approach to planning and delivery.• Experience with utilizing program metrics to track cybersecurity program goals.• Skilled in development of compelling executive presentations using PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.• Experience in applying innovative and rational approaches to various organizational challenges.• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.• Ability to collect, evaluate, and summarize information from multiple sources.• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.• Proficiency in Agile work management principles and best practices and familiarity with Agile tools.Preferred Qualifications:• Professional certifications related to cybersecurity and project management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2)• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, PCI DSS) and their cybersecurity requirements.• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government. Professional certifications related to cybersecurity and project management (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP, or PRINCE2)• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies.• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations (e.g., TSA, FAA, PCI DSS) and their cybersecurity requirements.• Experience working in highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or government.
