If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract Duration: 12 MonthsRequired Skills & Experience• 2+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.• 2+ years of Java development experience• 2+ years of Spring boot-based application development experience.• Angular or related UI Framework experience• Agile Development methodologies• Tomcat application server experience• MongoDB or related NoSQL database experience• Oracle database experience• Kafka or related Data Streaming technology experience• Cloud certification from any cloud providers• Cloud native Microservices development experience based on Event Driven Architecture experience• Experience with Domain Driven Design principles.• Experience with application non-functional requirements including Monitoring (APM tools), Logging (Splunk), Distributed tracing.Desired Skills & Experience• Should have good communication skills and ability to ask questions to have good understanding of requirements and implementationWhat You Will Be Doing• Participate in projects associated with the technology domain, including installation, upgrades, and deployment efforts.• Identify opportunity for service quality and availability within the technology domain environment.• Review and analyze technical assignments or challenges that are related to low to medium risk deliverables and that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternative technology domains.• Present recommendations for resolving issues or may escalate issues as needed to meet established service level agreements.• Exercise independent judgment while also developing understanding of given technology domain in reference to security and compliance requirements.• Collaborate and consult with technology colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.• Engineer for this role will be part of scrum team and will actively work on sprint planning, story refinement, implementation and testing (manual and automation) of implementation.• Participate in all agile ceremonies including showcasing the work to stake holders.• Support production validation and some level of support after features are released in production
