Linux System Administrator

A fintech company located in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Linux Systems Administrator to add to their growing team. This individual will be responsible for building, design, maintenance and troubleshooting of their Linux server and stroage infrastructure. They will also be expected to work in a 24x7 environment with little to no supervision.This role will require someone to work on-site, 5 days a week at an office located in Phoenix, AZ.Required Skills & Experience• Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible System Administration experience in Linux.• Extensive expertise in Linux is essential.• Proven experience in building servers from scratch.• Proficiency in Linux scripting.• Experience with Ansible or other configuration management tools• Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong problem-solving abilities with a comprehensive understanding of technology.• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.• Outstanding attention to detail, process, and quality.• Ability to manage multiple tasks with changing priorities.Desired Skills & Experience• Experience with Red Hat RDS and JBOSS.• Familiarity with NetApp SAN systems.• Experience with AWS or GCP• Previous Windows SysAdmin experience.What You Will Be DoingTech Breakdown• 100% LinuxDaily Responsibilities• System AdministrationThe Offer• Bonus OR Commission eligibleYou will receive the following benefits:• Medical Insurance• Dental Benefits• Vision Benefits• Paid Time Off (PTO)• 401(k) {including match- if applicable}Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
