Project Analyst

Our Client, a Electricity Retailer is looking for a Project Analyst to join their team out of Audubon, PA!• *This is a 2 Year Initial Contract Position**Responsibilities• Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy.• Conducting and presenting a feasibility analysis for proposed projects.• Establishing key performance indicators.• Monitoring and evaluating the overall project.• Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.• Identifying problems and shortfalls and proposing solutions.• Providing operational support such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, etc.• Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.• Maintaining project contracts and financials.Qualifications• MBA or Engineering Degree preferred• PMP certified a plus• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams• 5+ years’ experience with MS Project / MS Project Server (version 2013 or higher)• 5+ years’ experience with MS Excel (pivot tables & “VLOOKUP” formulas)• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) in a project management environment• 5+ years’ experience in large scale IT Projects preferred (HW and/or SW; >6 month projects; >$1M budgets)• 1+ years’ experience with procurement, competitive budding, RFIs/RFPs, and SOWs
