As a Ruby on Rails Architect, you will play a pivotal role in developing and optimizing backend systems, working closely with the product and engineering teams to build reliable, scalable solutions for their diverse client base.Key Responsibilities:• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services using Ruby to support the AI-powered platform.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers, product managers, and AI specialists, to deliver high-quality solutions.• Contribute to improving the platform’s performance, stability, and security.• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of new features.• Work with a focus on accessibility, ensuring that services meet the highest standards of inclusion and compliance.Qualifications:• Proven experience as a Ruby on Rails Architect with a strong background in Ruby development.• Experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks.• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and database systems.• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.• A passion for developing technology that makes a difference, especially in accessibility.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
