Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II

Motive is looking for a detail-oriented Business Intelligence & Operations Analyst responsible for developing standardized sales reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will work with cross-functional stakeholders to provide analytical solutions using the latest tools and technologies.

Skills

Advanced knowledge of SQL
Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Tableau, and other BI applications.

Responsibilities

Design and build complex data sets by extracting and cleansing data from various systems.
Develop automated self-service dashboards using Snowflake and Tableau.
Partner with stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and develop analytical solutions.
Maintain operational KPIs, seller productivity metrics, and business review slides.
Support segment sales operations teams with analysis and reporting.
Improve data quality and reliability within the organization.

Education

BA/BS degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering or Mathematics.
