Customer Success Manager - Enterprise

Responsibilities
- Own adoption, training, and best practices development
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and nurture client health
- Identify paths for customer value realization from the Motive platform
- Assist in troubleshooting and solving Tier 2 product support issues
- Handle email, chat, and phone conversations
- Drive revenue expansion and renewals with existing customers
- Collaborate with sales team for seamless handoff
