Responsibilities

  • Own adoption, training, and best practices development
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and nurture client health
  • Identify paths for customer value realization from the Motive platform
  • Assist in troubleshooting and solving Tier 2 product support issues
  • Handle email, chat, and phone conversations
  • Drive revenue expansion and renewals with existing customers
  • Collaborate with sales team for seamless handoff
