HR Operations (Office Manager)
Motive is seeking an Office Manager to serve as a culture ambassador and provide operational support and oversight of various HR programs for all India employees.

Responsibilities
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the onboarding process

- Coordinate and execute HR initiatives and employee training programs
- Spearhead India-wide events and employee recognition programs
