Responsibilities
- Partner with Senior HRBP to understand business goals
- Serve as a partner to mid-level managers on effective team building
- Provide coaching and guidance on talent development
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
- Collaborate with HR team to enhance employee engagement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
