Responsibilities

Partner with Senior HRBP to understand business goals
Serve as a partner to mid-level managers on effective team building
Provide coaching and guidance on talent development
Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Collaborate with HR team to enhance employee engagement

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Master’s degree or HR certification preferred
