Lead Sales Compensation Analyst

Motive empowers physical operations with tools for safer, productive, and profitable work. They are seeking a self-motivated Lead Sales Compensation Analyst to strengthen their Sales Compensation team.

  • ICM Experience (Xactly, Callidus, Varicent, Anaplan)

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day commissions administration process
  • Provide resolution for commission-related inquiries
  • Validate data and quantify impact through data analysis
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Track and report on the status of plan acceptance
  • Own end-to-end organization alignment process
  • Offer cross-functional support to business partners
