Manager, Order Management - Enterprise

Motive is looking for an experienced Manager of Order Management in the Enterprise sector to lead growth efforts and partnership construction within their Enterprise GTM organization.

Skills

Strong Excel skills and sensitivity to numbers
Understanding of CPQ and Subscription/billing management System
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce)
Working knowledge of accounting principles
Analytic Skills
Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

Work closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders and sales team to close top deals
Identify process improvement opportunities and develop solutions
Enable and partner with sales teams on deal processes
Improve processes within systems and programs
Handle unforeseen issues and alert internal teams
Collect and analyze information to facilitate decision making

Education

Bachelors degree in relevant field
