Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. They are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to facilitate training and develop onboarding programs for new team members.

- Deliver training to entry and mid-level front-line Sales staff
- Support new team members during onboarding and ramp period
- Coach new team members on sales strategy

- Manage training schedules and administrative tasks

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
