Partnerships Manager (Bilingual)

Motive is seeking a Partnerships Manager (Bilingual) to support the Installation Partner Manager in managing relationships with installation partners, tracking performance, and providing administrative support.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish
Project management experience
Knowledge of telematics or fleet management industry
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

Identify potential installation partners through research and networking
Manage relationships with partners to ensure alignment with standards
Track and analyze partners' performance and provide feedback
Support in data analysis, reporting, and generating insights
Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
