People Operations Specialist
Motive empowers the people who run physical operations with tools to make their work safer, more productive, and more profitable. They are looking for a People Operations Specialist to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience at Motive.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong dedication to teamwork
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Manage new hire communication and serve as the main point of contact for all new employees
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR topics
- Handle employee transactions in HRIS system
- Manage termination processes
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR Operations
- 1+ years of Workday experience is a plus
