Project Manager III

Motive is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Post Sales Operations & Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high impact projects with cross functional teams, fostering strong connections with stakeholders, and ensuring project success.

Skills

Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
Experience in Risk Management and mitigation planning
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
Data analysis and report generation skills

Responsibilities

Manage multiple concurrent projects related to Post Sales department
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Identify project milestones, risks and deliverables
Lead project meetings, drive decisions, and provide status updates to stakeholders

Education

Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
