Project Manager III
Motive is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Post Sales Operations & Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high impact projects with cross functional teams, fostering strong connections with stakeholders, and ensuring project success.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Experience in Risk Management and mitigation planning
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Data analysis and report generation skills
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects related to Post Sales department
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify project milestones, risks and deliverables
- Lead project meetings, drive decisions, and provide status updates to stakeholders
Education
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
