With over 120,000 clients across various industries, including transportation, logistics, and manufacturing, the need for a strong Employee Relations strategy has never been more crucial. You will be responsible for tracking the progress of cases, maintaining thorough documentation, and implementing ER processes that enhance organizational capacity. To thrive in this role, you should have over five years of HRBP experience, including at least three directly in employee or labor relations. Strong conflict management skills and effective communication are essential, as is knowledge of employment laws in Pakistan and India.
