Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Team
Employment type: 6 month contract to start
Location: Mountain View (in office as needed - approximately twice a week)
About the Role:
As a Recruiting Coordinator at Moveworks, you will be a key player in our Talent Team, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization. Your role will involve coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for our candidates. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your organizational skills and attention to detail will help us attract and retain top talent.
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate Interviews: Manage the scheduling and coordination of interviews, ensuring a timely, efficient, and positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
• Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing them with essential information about the interview process, job details, and any other relevant information.
• Process Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and current candidate information, ensuring smooth data flow and accessibility.
• Reporting & Metrics: Generate reports and track key metrics related to recruitment activities, helping to inform strategic decisions within the talent team.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other team members to streamline the recruitment process and improve overall efficiency.
• Process Improvement: Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing recruitment processes, ensuring we stay ahead in a competitive market.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, including campus recruiting activities, to attract top-tier talent.
Who You Are:
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment, remaining flexible and resourceful in the face of challenges.
