Senior Technical Sourcer (AI/ML)

What You’ll Do:

• Get Creative with Sourcing Magic: From LinkedIn to GitHub, X-ray searches, and beyond—you’ll pull out all the stops to find the best talent out there. Your sourcing strategies will be anything but ordinary!

• Data is Your Superpower: Use your data-driven prowess to track, forecast, and optimize sourcing strategies. You’ll turn insights into action, driving excellence and keeping us ahead of the curve.

• Stay Ahead of the Game: You’re not just keeping up with trends—you’re setting them! Stay on the cutting edge of AI/ML talent acquisition, bringing the latest and greatest best practices to our team.

• Pipeline Master: Juggle multiple candidate pipelines with ease using CRM and ATS tools like Hiretual and Greenhouse. You’ll keep everything flowing smoothly, ensuring we never miss out on top talent.

• Background: 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing, ideally in a high-growth tech startup where things move fast.

• Talent Whisperer: You’ve got a knack for finding and connecting with top-tier passive candidates, especially in AI/ML and cutting-edge tech. You know how to bring the best on board!

• Team Player Extraordinaire: You’re a collaborative powerhouse, working closely with Hiring Managers to align sourcing strategies with the company’s needs.

• Detail Dynamo: You’re organized, goal-oriented, and never miss a beat, even in the most fast-paced, high-energy environments.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re a pro with tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn, and you’re always ready to learn new tricks to stay ahead.

• Creative & Analytical: You strike the perfect balance between creativity and data-driven decision-making, always looking for ways to improve our processes.

• Tech Fluency: You can talk the talk with techies, conducting in-depth phone screens and ensuring candidates align with our job descriptions.

Compensation Ranges:

Tier A (SF Bay Area) 130,450 - 140,750

Tier B (Outside Bay Area) 120,327 - 130,875

*Our compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions or bonus plans.
Ultimately, in determining pay, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, the role’s scope and complexity, the candidate’s experience and expertise, and other factors.
