In less than 2 years, we have grown from an idea to a team of 50, with a business that is in the top-decile in terms of growth, and a remote-first team that has been self-described as high-trust, low ego, high output.Roles and Responsibilities• Creative Brief Development• Develop comprehensive and clear creative briefs that outline project goals, target audiences, key messages, and deliverables.• Translate complex client needs and market research into actionable and inspiring creative directions.• Ensure briefs are aligned with brand guidelines, strategic objectives, and creative best practices.• Content Creation• Design and develop visually compelling graphics, animations, and videos using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).• Create and edit animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement.• Produce high-quality video content, including shooting, editing, color grading, and sound design.• Meta Ads Creative Development• Test-and-Learn Strategy: Implement and manage a test-and-learn approach for design and copywriting to ensure a consistent flow of new options for Meta specialists, aiming to increase appointment bookings and overall campaign effectiveness.• Video Production and Editing: Create and edit high-quality video content for Meta ads, using advanced techniques to produce engaging and visually compelling materials aligned with campaign goals.• Storytelling and Copywriting: Develop persuasive narratives and write effective ad copy for Meta platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand voice and advertising guidelines.• Meta Ads Strategy and Optimization: Design and implement creative strategies for Meta ad campaigns, analyze performance data to refine content, and stay updated on platform trends and best practices.• Performance Tracking & Reporting• Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics for all creative initiatives, including CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and appointment bookings.• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of creative strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.We’re looking for:• Visionary Executor: Documented experience blending big-picture campaigns and content creation with the tactical precision to bring big projects to execution quickly.• Creative Orchestrator/Program Manager: Makes order out of chaos, strong at figuring out how to make something work, and takes other people along.• Creative Innovator: Background in large scale, revenue-driving creative roles, with tactical knowledge in Canva Templates, Video, experimentation in Meta (copy/video ads).• Revenue & Impact: Experienced creator around local promotion campaigns, retention/re-engagement, and nurture campaigns that drove 4x+ performance.• Leader & Team Collaborator: Managed offshore staff effectively, works well across teams, and with clients.Qualifications:• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.• 4-6 years of experience in creative development, preferably within an agency setting.• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders.• Proven ability to handle multiple creative management projects simultaneously while maintaining keen attention to detail.• Strong negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.• Approachable personality with a client-focused mindset.• Bonus: Experience in the aesthetics industry, including medspas, plastic surgery, or beauty sectors.Why join us• Above all, we’re in this to empower small business owners to own and grow their businesses.
