Finance & Accounting Specialist

MZLA Technologies Corporation is seeking a talented and growth-minded Finance & Accounting Analyst to join their team. The role involves managing financial activities such as month end close processing, budget preparation, financial reporting, and special projects.

Skills

Strong knowledge in U.S. GAAP rules and regulations
Financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities

Execute monthly closing activities including preparation of journal entries and account analyses
Manage outsourced accounting partner relationship
Support in federal and state tax return preparation and filings
Participate in Finance system enhancements and upgrades

Education

Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience
Experience with accounting and financial reporting software platforms
