What we are looking for:
· Ensuring the application operation of various analytics applications (e.g. Celonis, C-More, PowerBI, Qlik, Deltamaster, ULP).
· Strong SQL competence (MS SQL, Postgres).
· General BI tools knowledge.
· Understanding of logistics and manufacturing processes.
· Strong understanding of Windows server environments.
· Development and responsibility for the analytics application management service.
· Coordination and management of external IT service providers in the context of ensuring ongoing operations.
· Supporting the implementation and testing of software components and developments.
· Collaboration in project management and IT coordination in the area of analytics applications.
· Active participation in AMS innovation projects, from planning, coordination to implementation.
· Assume (partial) project management and budget tracking.
· Successfully completed (university) studies in (business) IT, economics or training with a comparable background.
· At least 3-5 years of professional experience in consulting and management of analytics applications.
· In-depth knowledge of service management and setting up services.
· Several years of experience in the operation and user support of analytics applications.
· Experience in the area of business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL.
· Independent work, Intercultural competence and willingness to travel.
· Good proficiency in English and Hungarian (business level), both written and spoken.
Nice to have skills:
· Experience in the execution of IT projects, as well as in the management of external service providers.
· German language skills.
