Responsibilities
- Improve public bidding process and program.
- Evaluate IFB's, ITB's, RFQ's and RFP's.
- Cost projects competitively.
- Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure accurate costing and production.
- Create proposals using InEight.
- Collaborate with BD and Marketing teams.
- Evaluate results for future decisions.
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Coordinate with Operations on production rates.
- Hand off awarded projects.
Education
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or similar field
